UNICEF “Facts for Live” –  4th edition
Almost 9 million children died in 2008 from preventable illnesses (pneumonia, diarrhea, malaria, measles and AIDS) before reaching their 5th birthday. This edition has new sections and chapters, such as Newborn Health and Child Protection.

“Enhancing intra-African trade” – Assessing Regional Integration in Africa (ARIA IV), 4th edition

According to the report over 80 percent of Africa’s total exports are still destined for Europe, Asia and America.  ARIA IV concludes that a focus on regional integration is critical to accelerate the transformation of fragmented economies to expand markets and widen economic space.

“Decision Tools for Rural Finance”
The report provides decision-making support for the IFAD country programme managers, consultants, project staff and technical advisers who develop and implement rural finance projects.

‘Agri-Gender Statistics Toolkit”
This database presents examples of gender relevant questions and tables jointly developed by national statisticians and FAO for agricultural censuses undertaken in Africa between 1993 and 2006.
